Automatic Pressure-Responsive Cycling

The BPV series pneumatic hydraulic pump converts low input air pressure of 6-8 bar into high-pressure hydraulic oil. It applies the pressure amplification principle: low air pressure acting on the large-area piston end creates ultra-high hydraulic pressure on the small-area piston end, and the output hydraulic pressure ranges from 150 to 350 MPa.

No electric arc or spark will be produced during pump operation, which grants reliable explosion-proof property. It can fully substitute manual hydraulic pumps or electric hydraulic pumps, and can be matched with hydraulic bolt tensioners, hydraulic nuts and various other hydraulic tools to form a complete hydraulic power system.

This pump realizes automatic cyclic operation driven by differential piston. It reduces running speed as outlet pressure rises and applies resistance on the differential piston. The pump will halt automatically once force balance is reached. It triggers automatic restart when outlet pressure decreases or gas driving pressure rises, enabling unattended adaptive pressure regulation.
