We mainly deal in five categories of products: Bolting tools, hydraulic lifting tools, hydraulic pulling tools, flange tools and power pack. Bolting tools include: Square drive hydraulic torque wrench, Hexagon hydraulic torque wrench, electric torque wrench, rechargeable torque wrench, cordless impact wrench, bolt tension er, nut cutter, socket and etc. Hydraulic lifting tools include: Double acting jacks, single acting jacks, hollow jacks, big tonnage jacks. Hydraulic pulling tools include: Hydraulic pullers. Power pack include electrical pump and air pump and hydraulic hand pump. Flange tools include: Flange separator, flange adjusting tools. Of these products, the hydraulic torque wrench, electric wrench and hydraulic jacks have been developed are the first products in the industry, and have obtained national invention patents.

R: All the products we sell enjoy 12-month warranty and lifetime after-sales service. The professional after-sales team provides installation and use guidance, free repair or replacement of parts during the warranty period. Provide customers with complete engineering solutions and transportation solutions, and if necessary, remote video conferences can be conducted to solve any after-sales problems.
2. Q: Do you have local agents or service outlets?
R: Up to now, our products are mainly sold to Germany, the United States, Italy, Australia, South Korea, the United Arab Emirates, Peru and other countries, and we have distributors in the above countries. 3. Q: How long does it take to deliver the product?
R: We mainly focus on our own brand products, most of which are in stock, and usually can be shipped within 5-10 working days after the order is placed; for customized or out-of-stock products, the delivery time is about 20-30 days.

5. Q: What is your payment terms?
R: Usually we only accept T/T at sight payment, and L/C at sight payment can also be accepted under special circumstances. Spot products are generally shipped after receiving 100% of the full payment; customized products are prepaid with a 30%-50% deposit, and the balance must be settled before delivery.
