R: All the products we sell enjoy 12-month warranty and lifetime after-sales service. The professional after-sales team provides installation and use guidance, free repair or replacement of parts during the warranty period. Provide customers with complete engineering solutions and transportation solutions, and if necessary, remote video conferences can be conducted to solve any after-sales problems.
2. Q: Do you have local agents or service outlets?
R: Up to now, our products are mainly sold to Germany, the United States, Italy, Australia, South Korea, the United Arab Emirates, Peru and other countries, and we have distributors in the above countries. 5. Q: What is your payment terms?
R: Usually we only accept T/T at sight payment, and L/C at sight payment can also be accepted under special circumstances. Spot products are generally shipped after receiving 100% of the full payment; customized products are prepaid with a 30%-50% deposit, and the balance must be settled before delivery.
