Installation Instructions

 

1. Preset and determine the torque according to the torque value required for the working.
 

2. To predict the torque, pull the hexagonal lever at the end of the wrench and adjust the engraved line to the desired torque value. When the adjustment is done, insert the hexagonal key back into the original position.
 

3. Fit a suitable sleeve over the square tenon of the wrench and over the fastener. Apply a force slowly onto the handle and withdraw the force when you hear a "click" (when the preset torque value has been reached).
 

4. To apply a larger torque value, you can add an extension sleeve bar, in order to save effort. When you hear a "click", you can withdraw the force, but be sure to gently push the wrench in the opposite direction so that the wrench parts can be reset for later use.
 

5. When using the torque wrench for the first time or not used for a long time, you need to operate the wrench 5-6 times with a medium and high torque first to lubricate the wrench components in a special way. At the end of use, please return the torque value of the wrench to the minimum value.
