3. Q: How long does it take to deliver the product?
R: We mainly focus on our own brand products, most of which are in stock, and usually can be shipped within 5-10 working days after the order is placed; for customized or out-of-stock products, the delivery time is about 20-30 days.
4. Q: Can you deliver to our local area?
R: Yes, we can provide you with door-to-door logistics services. According to your needs, you can choose different logistics transportation solutions such as railway transportation, road transportation, sea transportation, air transportation, express delivery and multimodal transportation.
5. Q: What is your payment terms?
R: Usually we only accept T/T at sight payment, and L/C at sight payment can also be accepted under special circumstances. Spot products are generally shipped after receiving 100% of the full payment; customized products are prepaid with a 30%-50% deposit, and the balance must be settled before delivery. The specific payment terms can be determined through negotiation between the two parties.
